• I understand that while New Orleans Racquet Club, LLC (“NORC”) is targeting an opening date of January 2020, that date may be subject to change.
• In the event that for whatever reason, NORC never opens for business, by and through its Founding Member, Kevin Chaouat, will refund 100% of your deposit within seven (7) business days of such a final determination made in writing by Mr. Chaouat and the Club’s advisors, professionals and investors.
• All renderings are conceptual and are subject to change.  NORC will endeavor to have no fewer than ten (10) hardcourts, including four (4) covered courts and six (6) outdoor courts.
• When the Club opens, it is anticipated to have a secure, modern clubhouse with significant member amenities, including meeting spaces, Pro Shop and Snack Bar.
• I acknowledge and understand that upon my written request, 100% of my deposit is refundable so long as my request is received by the Club by no later than ninety (90) calendar days before the Club opens for business.  NORC will notify you as to the opening date as the project proceeds. All deposits held by NORC within ninety (90) days of opening are non-refundable unless otherwise as provided in the Club’s By-Laws, a copy of which will be made available upon request at the Club’s opening.
